With over 50 years of powder coating experience, Gheen delivers durable, personalized, professional coating and sandblasting services. We offer standard powder types, colors, and clear coats; and, we can special order any color from many reliable manufacturers to meet the requirements of our customers. Our oven is 25ft x 8ft x 8ft and can accept large items like trailers, car frames, fencing, and industrial equipment.

• Environmentally Friendly: Our sandblasting system uses Garnet, an industrial gemstone that creates a profile virtually free of embedment, which makes it excellent for coating adhesion. It is non-toxic and has very low free silica levels.

• Durability: Powder coating can be chip, corrosion, and chemical resistant, making it require little to no maintenance.

• Longevity: Powder coated steel products provide a protective barrier that increases life of the products and cost efficiency based on extended life cycle.

• Duplexity: Our facilities have the capacity to galvanize and powder coat steel products. Powder-coating over galvanized steel offers extended durability and maintenance-free corrosion protection.
